Psychological services are not covered by OHIP, but many extended health care insurance plans cover all or a portion of the cost of therapy that is provided by a Registered Psychologist or under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist. Thrive Psychology and Wellness Centre practices psychotherapy virtually throughout the culturally diverse province of Ontario. We would like to respectfully recognizes and acknowledge that the land we primarily services (i.e., Ontario) is rooted in the traditional territories of the First Nation and Métis Peoples and the residence of many Inuit people. We acknowledge the Indigenous people as original keepers and protectors of this land and are grateful for the many opportunities that this privileged land affords us in our beautiful province and country as a whole. As a psychological practice, we dedicate ourselves to practicing respectfully and mindfully and to developing greater cultural literacy and responsiveness to Indigenous populations and issues.
